The best Manuka honey
Good Manuka honey is never cheap, however it’s worth it. Delicious in tea and cacao hot chocolate, I try to only use it when I feel like I’m getting a cold/flu while using regular honey the rest of the time but this tastes better than all other honeys I’ve tried so it’s hard to resist using it daily.

Great when on offer
Got this on offer during the spring deals for a few pennies more than the 500ml next grade below. Great value for money and addition to diet.

Yes
The higher the UMF rating or whatever with Steens, the better it seems. This one is marvellous, the cheaper one is a tad odd but the expensive one's are tremendous.Worth it to try if you can. Better then any cake or anything I've had and it makes me feel nice too (and you do get rather a lot in the tub considering I think)

You get what you pay for
This is raw unpasteurised honey and it’s delicious. It’s the only make I buy and as well as the taste, I believe it helps with the seasons sore throats/colds. But that’s just my opinion. There are 3 issues with manuka honey…Taste: it’s delicious, pure and strong.Medical claims: there is science out there to support the medical benefits.Cost: it’s expensive. A teaspoon is about 12g of honey, so if you have 3 teaspoons a day, this jar (340g) may last about 3-4 weeks (approx). My own opinion is if you want a honey to spread really thickly onto heavily buttered toast, there may be others more suitable. If you want a honey purely for the medical benefits, you want a good manuka. That’s a scale, so wherever you are on it will determine whether this is a good choice for you.

A good honey .....nice to keep a pot in the cupboard!
I use this honey for health benefits....as it is a 'natural antibiotic' ...which can help with healing for things like sore throat or minor wounds. It also tastes good!
