Tablets Easier to take then powder
I was taking powdered spirulina with a mix of lemon and honey. I decided to go for tablets as it was more convenient and just less hassle and these are a 50/50 mix of chlorella and spirulina, more protein! after looking at various options I though these were the best buy being organic and for value for money etc..
