My new Samsung TV doesn't have aux/headphone out. So I wanted to connect optical out from TV to my old 2.1 speakers. This device converted optical out from TV to analog/headphone out signal so that I could connect my old 2.1 speakers. The product does the job as mentioned.Optical cable and USB power cable included in the box. Included usb power cable can be connected to USB port of TV for power requirement of the device.(No aux cable included)
