Poor quality or broken
We bought to of these. One to replace the first broken one. Second one was broke. As well. Returned and buying else where.

Better than expected
I usually run to Rock Auto for stuff like this. And at first I did I ordered an AP cat and the flange was wrapped so bad it couldn't be used. Needed another one right away to a chance on this one flange was decent after a little resurfacing it was good. This was less than half the cost of the AP cat and was better built. Would bu3t again.
