This is my first time purchasing these vitamins; however, I heard a lot about the benefits of taking Sea Moss. I take them every day and all I can say is that when I had a cold, I never felt really bad and even though I had body ached my recovery time was short. Good product with fast delivery but it tastes like everything mentioned it honestly. A weird blend with a slight aftertaste.
