This brand of electrolytes is basically the very same as another brand -but a fraction of the cost-SO I had to try it and boy do I love it!! This order came with 4 grapefruit, 4 strawberry, 4 orange and 4 watermelon flavors! My favorite flavor is the grapefruit-very tasty but not too tart and definitely not too salty! You have to give this brand and seller a try!

I have been doing 72+ hour fast weekly and been using salt for my electrolytes. I been looking at all the different but wanted something that will not break a fast. I have seen a lot out there with minimal calories like 5-15. But that WILL break your fast, unless you are doing a modify fast. So, I tried these after reviewing all the reviews. Zero calories and people say it taste good. Dr. Berk electrolytes have calories, and I think he lost many customers because of that factThe first time I used it I thought how in the world something that taste this good does not break your fast. OMG I’m still wondering that. This stuff is good. (remember I'm coming from salt water) . I put a packet in a 27 oz mug and fill it up with mostly water with a little ice and drink it throughout the day. Keep topping it off with water. The flavor lasts all day until bedtime.I would suggest this if someone is on a long fast 24+ hrs. You don’t need it day one. I generally start it on day 3 and day 4.

I started using another brand of electrolyte powder and decided to try these. For me they are more cost effective and the taste is the same and they have the same amount of the electrolyte ingredients:1,000 mg. sodium, 200 mg. potassium, and 60 mg magnesium. I've only tried the grapefruit flavor but its the same.

I haven't tried all the flavors in this pack yet but I can tell you my two favorite or watermelon and strawberry these things you can tell they have the electrolytes in them you can tell they have salt in them sodium I would say these if you are exercising and you're new to exercising and you need some electrolytes in your body or else you'll die these are the way to go if you're on a budget they're vegan they're gluten-free they are keto they're pretty much everything I think they're non-GMO good quality I like that it is color-free so like no dyes which is better for everyone's body appreciate you guys doing that I believe that the absorption is pretty good in this but I haven't tested it could be a little stronger maybe I don't know about vitamin content but these are pretty f****** good for like $12 you really can't beat it I don't think and if you could I would be worried about the quality of the other stuff I wish you could get more of the sticks for what you pay on this it seems a little outrageous but with the prices of all the other stuff out there for different brands of these sticks it's not incredibly horrible also it would be nice if on the packaging of the stick that it would like inspire you to work out more and to do lunges or to do whatever other exercise or just inspirational quotes or just others things you know Make your product more interesting and cool I wish these would have more different vitamins that people need for exercising and for sweating a lot there we probably need more vitamins than what's in these but you can probably make do with these I wish it was a little bit easier to tell what flavors what when you open up the box but other than that it's pretty easy maybe like have a box that see-through a little bit she threw window

Ok, as a long time LMNT user this is what I found. The grapefruit taste isn't as strong. I was mixing 1 lmnt in 24 oz water to get a strong flavor but I can only use 14-16 oz with the YP. So the real cost saving is about half, also the taste is a little sweeter. I do find that I am using them more often because I know they cost less but I also find I'm adding some Celtic salt and or a crystalized grapefruit packet although I also add those to the LMNT I get a much stronger flavor with the LMNT. otherwise it was great so I recommend you at least give it a try.So the only thing I wish was that the flavor was stronger and a tiny bit less sweet.

great flavors. this is a wonderful product. I love taking electrolytes in the AM and after working out to refuel my body. perfect balance of minerals in these packets. I will need to get more because it does come with 16 but I like to have 1, sometimes 2 every single day. just to make sure my body is hydrated. lots of water too!! especially in hot days.

I have an autonomic disorder that requires me to drink electrolytes daily. That being said, I have tried a LOT of different brands - and I do mean a LOT. This brand is obviously an affordable version of a popular brand. The electrolyte amounts are identical. That being said, these are FAR far cheaper. In fact, these are some of the best priced electrolytes (with an actual high amount of electrolytes) that I've seen.I got the watermelon and although the taste is subtle, there is a slightly odd aftertaste. This could be due to an artificial sweetener but I really don't know. The taste is almost chemically, but not overwhelming . I sometimes drink a half a packet at a time, and that really helps. For the price, these are great and I would highly recommend!EDIT: I am changing my rating to a 3 star. Honestly the price and contents are great, but I cannot get over the taste. These are the absolute worst tasting electrolytes I have ever tried. They have a strong almost perfume-y after taste that is beyond gross. I find myself not getting enough water intake, simply because I don't want to drink this.

Flavors are decent. Not a direct dupe for LMNT, but good. The watermelon has an odd aftertaste. I’d dilute these a lot of try to add a squirt of lemon or lime to improve flavor.
