Just unboxed it and used it for the first time. Everything was included and instructions were easy to follow. I'm in the 4 range so I was a little apprehensive about it burning me but it didn't! It got a little hot, which is to be expected, but I did my whole legs and my chin without problems. My one small issue is that the instructions mention that the device has different function modes for "skin rejuvenation" and "acne scar removal" which would've been a nice bonus of the device...however, I was never able to figure out how to switch between modes. I push the button and nothing happens so that was a bit of a womp womp. But overall, I am happy with this purchase and I'll try to remember to update with my progress.Update 1: I figured out how to switch between functions. It's not clear in the instructions but you have to hold the power button and the output button at the same time to switch between hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and acne removal modes.

After 3 days of use I can already see results!! I had fear of skin irration or making me break out because I have very sensitive skin, however, that was not the case! No irritation, no break outs and my hair is growing SLOWER!!

I've been using this laser remover for a while now and I love it. The results are incredible. It comes with an instruction manual and a calendar to keep track of the weeks I should get the laser. I loved it and I no longer have to spend so much money on laser treatments.
