I have made a trial using this powder with some food restrictions and without the powder, just using intermittent fasting. If doing intermittent fasting, avoiding all carbs, no sugar and eating one meal per day, during the intervals of fasting, without this item, I lost 2 kgs in 2 months. As soon as I stop the fasting or eat more than a meal (no carbs, no sugar) and use this powder, the weight creeps back. This very expensive powder will not help losing weight at all. It is just a collagen powder and should only be bought for that purpose. I hope this trial may help someone to avoid spending money if it is bought with the purpose of losing weight.

This is a good sized tub, it actually lasted longer than I expected. The Taupe coloured powder inside comes with a scoop and has a sweet(ish) taste. You 'can' taste it in drinks, but it's mild and not overpowering. Personally I found it tasted better in coffee than tea, but it's not strong enough to put you off using in either.At first I really liked the taste actually, but I did find that after a month of using it daily I got a bit weary of the taste, however that's a very personal thing, so that will vary person to person.Weight wise I did lose two pounds the first week I was using it - however I was also on an intermittent fasting diet at the same time, so is it the powder or the diet, i'm unsure, but considering I halved my calorie intake I suspect it was likely the diet.Still, everyone has a different reaction to these things so it's worth a try if you're aiming to shed a few post chrimbio pounds, it just didn't do that much for me personally.

This isn't an easy review to write as there's a lot to like about this product.It tastes quite pleasant, it has great ingredients to help fuel you on a busy day, it's really easy to mix with water to make a drink however sadly for me the caffeine content seemed to leave me feeling particularly jangly and not particularly comfortable.I have significantly reduced my caffeine intake over all so this high level may be too high just for me, so it's likely to be a very personal situation and many other people may find that for them, it's a wonder product but for me, I'm going to be very mindful of when I use it.

It is a good quality product, but I take 1 star off for misleading picture claiming it's vegan when it has 'bone broth, chicken and fish' ingredients! The product itself does not claim it's vegan, so all good here, but the 4th picture on the amazon page needs to be adjusted/removed. Then it will get 1 star back.
