Keeping hydrated
Bought this to keep myself hydrated while taking a GLP1. I've seen LMNT electrolytes being recommended by Americans as it's meant to be the best brand out there but I couldn't justify the cost of it. Ive heard of Free Soul for PCOS supplements but didn't know they also did electrolytes so I when saw the ads for this product I looked into it.It has a pleasant taste. As others have said it is salty but that's the point I guess if you're trying to stay hydrated.I'm not a big fan of the Stevia in it but LMNT has it so I settled.I thought about making my own with sugar and salt in water but it has all these extra minerals and vitamins which is helpful as I'm not always great at remembering to take my multi vitamins. It's easy to use as theyre little sachets which you just tear open. The smell is pleasant like the taste. The sachet can be added to 400ml-1L which is a good size as a typical reusable water bottle is around 500ml so I'll typically refill my water a bit with the powder in it still to keep the benefits of the electrolytes.I'll typically use one every other day so that it lasts a little longer and I get the best value for money. I paid around £30 which is a bit much to use it every day but compared to other brands I'm happy to pay for a product which is good quality and has good ingredients.Would be nice if they did more flavours as i would definitely try them (like LMNT does)

Great hydration
Some people almost put me off buying this, stating very salty taste. But I bought them and thought they tasted nice and do the job very well. Will be buying more

Works well
Good quality and works for me, but the taste is so strong and it literally tastes like lemon and salt - which is good there is no added sweeteners etc, but I am not a fan of lemon or salty flavours so I have to add it in a lot bigger amount of water than recommended. But works really well. It helps with muscle cramps and energy levels, I drink it at the gym every day.

So good!!!
10/10 can’t live without it. I feel so much better when I drink it and it tastes amazing. Some of my friends love it and others said it tastes like lemony sweat but that’s because they drank it warm haha I personally swear by it and I’ve told like 20 people to buy it since Ramadan

Great taste
Delivered same day as order. Tastes great. Bought to replace electrolytes after illness but now I’m using one per day to increase water intake and feel a lot better for it!

A sachet a day keeps the doctor away!
I think that they are very good. Single sachets are easy to carry around, but the dosage could also be offered in sachets that would suit a single large tumbler (200ml). Taste takes a bit of getting used to, but OK now.

Really salty!! Too much such a shame.
I actually can’t believe how salty these taste. I was so excited to try this product now I’m forcing it down everyday. Yes it says citrus salt but I think they’ve just put that on the packet to excuse the high salt taste. I my been using it for a week so affects I’m not sure of, but the taste has put me off. Such a shame I wanted to like it. Won’t be buying again.

Tastes awful
Despite diluting with nearly 1 litre of water, I find it disgusting, too salty, I can hardly drink it. Therefore I won't be purchasing it again.
