Great little gnocchi board
Great little gnocchi board - it's small, but it's all you need. Flour it well before you use it, especially if you're making garganelli (flour the stick regularly too), and it works a dream. I'm happy!

Really love this. I've used this to shape garganelli pasta, rigatoni and gnocci. It is small, you don't need anything bigger and it is light.
