Hittoliy Wireless PS4 Controllers 2 Pack, 6-axis Motion Sensor, Long Battery, Audio Support, Compatible with PS3/PS4

So I bought these for use with my Raspberry Pi retro gaming build. I charged both controllers for about 5 hours while out doing other things so I don't know how long they took to fully charge. They connect with Bluetooth quickly as I expect all controllers to showing as standard HID input controllers (this is normal).The problem is they are 1 full second delayed between button press and response from system. I validated I had the up-to-date drivers and software in Linux but still had issues. I forced the Pi to forget the controllers and instead used the ds4drv dedicated to getting PS4 v2 (they have the light bar visible through translucent plastic from the face, but not all with this light are v2!) controllers working on Linux. This driver had the same delay issue and the built it one.After this issue I had my son use these controllers on his PS4 to play first-person shooters and fighting games that all require fast responses and precision controlling. These controllers worked flawlessly for all the games he plays on a PS4. I took my official PS4 v2 controllers and connected them to my Raspberry Pi as I have done in the past with the ds4drv driver and the system responded properly and quickly. I swapped back to these controllers on the Raspberry Pi and had the delay issue again.So I am left with these two controllers that work perfectly as they were designed for on a PS4 but not for what I wanted them for. My son got two new controllers that he loves because of the LEDs inside and the feel in his hand. I got my two custom PS4 controllers back for my intended use, Retro Gaming on Raspberry Pi 4b.I recommend these for use with PS4 or Android cell phone gaming as my son reports no issues playing on his phone. There is something between these controllers and the Raspberry Pi 4b running RetroPie OS that I am not willing to waste more time researching because I have a solution. These controllers on PS4 and my PS4 controllers on Raspberry Pi.

So far so good. Kids love them because of the lights they were so excited to get them.

Works good but the playstation 4 took over the controllers twice and couldn't stop or control the movement.

X button stuck on white controller. This is the last time I buy amazon ps4 remotes bcuz they all end up doing the same thing. Gotta bite the bullet and buy the brand ones now

For the price can't beat it.
