this red light therapy lamp will be for my upstairs - adding it to my bedtime routine. it has 1 on/off switch which is easy and convenient. was easy to put together for the most part. I will be using this for my back . really happy I got iit.!! it seems pretty sturdy and stable bc I have it underneath my bed and the moveable arm is keeping the red light up without it moving which is nice & convenient !!

Since I've used the red light panel, my joints are less swollen and stiff. My skin is smoother. It also assists me to have a better sleep.

This ended up being a nice, large red light lamp with wavelengths that actually penetrate. What a nice surprise because the box the lamp comes in was quite damaged even though the actual shipping package was okay. Regardless the box didn't cause any damage to the device. It stands upright with the base taking up most of the weight. It's perfect for positioning over a bed. My hubs has developed sci.atica so we are giving this a go to see if it can provide a bit of comfort. Using this at night time currently. Loving it so far but want to make sure we get prolonged use from it.
