Yuuuuuppp... It works!
Plug and play people. Easy to install and fixed my issues easy.Should have tried this first. I replaced the heating element and fuses twice and then this timer switch... Turns out this was the problem.Either way.. better to go all new parts.Still cheaper than a new dryer.

Worked great
It worked great. The only caution I can give, and this is not the part manufacturer's fault, is that the timeris secured by two clips that require a long needle nose pliers. The clips have to be pinched to allow the timer to slide out. But it will snap back in place easily.

Fixed my Amana dryer that wouldn't heat up
My Amana dryer stopped drying. The heating element would not heat up. I tested the heating element and it seemed fine, but a replacement was cheap so I replaced the heating element but that did not fix the problem. I tested the thermostats and they seemed fine, but replacements were cheap so I replaced the thermostats but that did not fix the problem. Finally, I removed the timer and disassembled it. A small plastic piece had worn down inside causing it to fail. Seems like a problem for a 3D printer, but I don't have one, so I ordered this new timer. The timer seemed pricey, but it worked. Problem solved! My 7 year old dryer now functions like new, and it's been working great for 7 months now with the new timer installed.

OEM part!
Right part at a price that mystified OEM "support guy"! (Actually IS the OEM part!) Hole-for-hole perfect fit. Odd mounting angle made it take almost 15 minutes. Factory-supplied part AND a service-call would've equaled dryer purchase price. Da BOMB deal!
