Absolutely the best! You know how a spoonful of honey sometimes burns the back of your throat? Not this honey. I dont know exactly when I started buying it - before the tariff nonsense, so it was cheaper - but it's all i buy. Delicious. And Canadian. Gotta love it - and worth the price.

I've tried to find this kind of honey elsewhere for years but just couldn't. It's made from flowers in boreal forests in Northern Canada, and the honey has a wonderfully smooth, rich flavor - not overly sweet, with subtle floral notes that remind me of my childhood days up there. It spreads easily, has a delicate smell, and has been fantastic on brioche and toast.The huge honey jar arrived perfectly sealed as well!

Best wild honey on the market! I have been choosing this for years because it has consistent delicious flavor and texture.Bubble packaging is excellent. It has never crystalized or smell anything but like sweet creamy honey should.

The jar opened with a pop, which the seller's representative noted the pop was probably the change in weather on the jar. Opened many jars of honey, including our home hives, but never had a unhampered jar of honey pop. Anyhoo, upon opening the honey gave off a urea mixed with honey smell. Granted it has been a long time since I have enjoyed honey in Canada, but this was new to me. Unfortunately, I am not known for the best judgment, so I tasted the honey (with a wooden, honey spoon). Like the smell, it tasted of a urea like substance in honey. Not one of my most pleasant tasting experiences but I'm well, at the present. Came leaking honey and lid damaged in 2 places. Definitely not the right way to package smth fragile like that.Glass didn't break so thats good.There are better quality honey out there for better value. Honey had strange aftertaste which I didn't like. Texture was good and thick but not too hard.

We are bee keepers too. We live in the AZ desert, where Mesquite honey is king. But we love to sample honeys from around the world to compare to our local honeys here. The reviews on this honey convinced me to give it a go, and we are so glad we did! This is by far my favorite of over 22 different honeys we have tried over the years. We've done sourwoods, manukas, cremes...you name it, we've tried it. There's no question about it, this honey is amazing! Smooth, sweet but not too sweet, the delicate hint of wildflowers and a flavor unlike any other. I seldom eat honey from the spoon because it is usually too sweet and cloying. But this honey...it rules on the spoon! It regals at its best presented alone without any other foods to spoil the overall body and experience. This is great honey! We cannot say that enough! We bought the 6.6 pounder as well. One day we hope to create a silky smooth, well-developed textured honey with amazing flavor such as this. Highly, HIGHLY recommend for any honey enthusiasts!!!

Best honey I have tasted!!! A little goes a long way. Very sweet, but oh so good! It's thick too and creamy.
