I just love this. I have been using McCormicks dill sauce and they ran out so I ordered this. Glad I did. Much better flavor and enhances my fish dishes. I will buy more.

tried the norman bishop line on the advice of a friend who is in the restaurant business. this is a really good flavor which works well on meat and fish, but particularly well on chicken. really bring out the flavor in chicken. I've used it bbq, frying and broiling. great flavor!!

Mild yet adds good flavor to fish.

When I opened this and got ready to use it I tasted a little bit first. Glad I didn't pour it over my salmon because it was rancid. I looked for the "use by" or "expiration" date but it appeared to be rubbed off. No way you could tell what it was. Won't buy again.

i cannot use the product as the top was broken.and I cannot return but would like a replacement

we've used this sauce on several types of dishes, meats, fish. on BBQ and in the pan. you get mostly the flavor of the dill and the lemon, just enough to make it add to the meat but not overpower it. this is supposedly their most popular flavor and i can see why
