I purchase these via Amazon frankly because it's cheaper than I can buy locally, significantly so. I purchase them delivered to my door. I store them in the freezer and pull them out as I need them. You get six. Super fine flour. Since I don't use much flour, I use it for about anything I need a little flour for. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Great product hard to find in stores, highly recommend
I love this stuff, bought the case because I shared it with people who have never tried it, no mixing, just shake and stir and your sauces and anything that needs a bit thicker.

Great product but make sure to check it over first
This was recommended for several recipes I wanted to try so I bought this pack of 6. It worked great and I will definitely buy more. One, possibly two, of the cans were damaged (one was obviously open from the bottom, the other just released powder from who knows where when you shake it). Amazon did refund the damaged product which is good but I almost didn’t check in time to be able to get a refund. So I recommend you check each can individually before putting them away. I had noticed powder on the outside of the can I chose to use but I was in a hurry so I just quickly checked that one over and used it. Then I forgot about it. It was pure luck that I remembered I had wanted to look at the cans. Check them first thing.
